| This research is an ongoing collaboration with Sandia National Lab. in Livermore, CA, and will involve the student doing research at the Livermore lab. US citizenship is required. |
| Microscopy of Grain Boundaries in Metals |
| This research is an ongoing collaboration with Sandia National Lab. in Livermore, CA, and will involve the student doing research at the Livermore lab. US citizenship is required. |
| Microscopy of Ceramics, Semiconductors and Metals |
| The techniques used include TEM, SEM and AFM. |
| Proposals are under consideration at several agencies and may result in new positions for Summer/Fall 2006. |
| Undergraduate and Postdoctoral Positions |
| We typically have 2 or 3 undergrads working in our group during the semester. |
| We welcome enquiries from undergraduate students interested in working with us during the summer. |
