This course is attended mainly by junior chemical engineers. It exposes them to problems in material and energy balances that arise in connection with problems involving chemical reactors. It also introduces them to numerical methods used to solve these problems. It is accompanied by a computational laboratory similar to that described above in ChEn 5001. |
