CEMS researchers win Journal of Process Control Paper Prize

May 22, 2017 - The selection committee of the Journal of Process Control Paper Prize Award has selected a paper written by Professor Prodromos Daoutidis, CEMS graduate student Michael Zachar and Sujit Jogwar (Ph.D. ChE '11) for one of the Journal of Process Control Paper Prize Awards over the years 2014-2016. Their winning paper, "Sustainability and process control: A survey and perspective. Journal of Process Control, 44, pp. 184-206 (2016)," was awarded for outstanding contributions to the theory, practice or survey of process control engineering. The award is given every three years to the three best papers of the Journal of Process Control and the authors will be honored at the closing ceremony of the IFAC World Congress in Toulouse, France in July 2017.
